If I could do zero stars, I would. I came here for a gel polish change and waited for an hour and a half. I would have left but, it was my friends birthday and they already had her soaking for her pedicure. A women started doing my nails and rushed it, she didn't ask what I wanted and almost cut my nails off that I had been growing for two months! I pulled my hand away and she laughed, she also didn't check to see if the old gel was off which made the after results very bubbly/bumpy. Another client walked in and she started on her nails, so I just sat there until someone came to finish mine. The "manager" came next and he was the same way. I asked him to get closer to my cuticles and he said he had already finished. It was $25 total and afterwards I went to my car and reshaped them myself because they were so rigid and uneven. I came back to ask for a refund because my nails started breaking and peeling, he got very upset and said, "No refund, I can redo in five minutes." I had told him that's why they looked like this to begin with because they didn't take their time and he replied, "It's because you don't take care of them." It had been three days. I told him how unprofessional he was and he just laughed so I will not be coming back! If you're looking for a nail place, don't come here! I didn't feel treated like a celebrity at all!
