Creative Nail in Bossier City, LA

I love coming here for my nails!!! The quality is always top tier and the workers are always so nice! Anytime I ask for something without hesitation they are onto it! They always do such an excellent job on my nails!! The vibe is so good here! They are always clean and I have never left unhappy with my nails! They are always so polite and nice! If you ever want an amazing nail job and a good laugh. Definitely check them out! Love them and my nails so so much!!

I did not like the service I received. The woman who did my nails was grabbing my hands roughly. When I walked into the shop they greet but this women who did my nails was rushing me to pick a color when I showed her a picture to see if she had that color but all she said was "no you need to pick color from here". She handed me the nail color thing where you pick what color  you want. I was so confused because I didn't and still don't know anything about nail color. When I sit down in her chair she asked me " what color" I told her I don't know so I was still trying to figure out what color I want it because the picture that I showed her was kind a like a pink color. After her asking me and rushing me I finally decided. She started being rough with my hands grabbing them and I did not like that at all. When she applied acrylic she was tucking the acrylic underneath the nail. Which meant that it was all my skin and underneath my real nails.  which means when I take these nails off my real nails are going to be damaged. This is the first time I went to this place a second chance. The first time I went was  in January for my birthday and when I took those nails off my nails were damaged for about a good month or two  they were extremely bad. When I put my nails underneath the LED light my fingers were stinging and my skin felt like it was burning and melting that's how I also knew that she got the acrylic on my skin which I did not like at all I hated it. She did clean up a little bit underneath my nails but there is still acrylic on my skin and on my real nails so I would not come here at all. And then once my nails were done I noticed that my point finger is so different shape from my other finger like one of them is square and the other one is coughing which I asked for a square on all of my nails.  Then on my thumb one of them is smooth while the other one is lumpy. Also when she was going to nails on she didn't put the glue on there first and then put the nail on she put the nail on my finger while putting the glue on putting a layer of glue over where she put my nails so I feel like these are going to come off. I'll drop pictures below so you can see everything that I'm talking about. Moral of the story I will not be coming back to this place my nails were $55 which I got them medium so they're not long and they're not short. But the reason why I feel like that was a waste of money it's because the service was not good the lady didn't do a thing like the nails are good but I did not like how it was glue on my fingers, and also do not like how I went in there for a color and I didn't receive it the color I have now is like nude and that's not close to like a blush bubblegum pink that I wanted. If the service was good and I had better help with the color and the nails were cleaned up Great,  And I got the right shape that I want it on all of my nails I would've been fine paying the $55 but I just feel like it's a waste of $55 because I could've went somewhere else and got better service the color that I want it the nails cleaned up my hands not being handled rough and I wouldn't of walked out the other nail salon without dried up glue around my nails and my nails would've glued on properly. Do not go hear the service is not good and they rushed to do your nails when they literally do not have anybody else nails to do after yours. I would not recommend this place if you want your nails to look nice with no mistakes and service good and your hands handled with care.without rushing to do your nails.
