if it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would. Horrible service and communication. My daughter gave them multiple times during the week before prom that she was available. the salon selected 3:00 on Friday. she shows up for her appointment and gets told that it'll be at least 90 minutes before they could get to her since walk ins took priority over scheduled appointments. avoid at all costs unless you've got unlimited amounts of time since they don't honor appointments.

I have been going here for years! Always leave very satisfied! Staff are friendly! Lots of colors and options to choose from. Highly recommend!!
Disappointed. Horrible customer service. I'm a pretty easy-going person. I get nail services pretty often so, I'm not super critical about how things look...especially if I know I'm going again in a few weeks. But the service was absolutely terrible. The older lady was incredibly rude. Nail salons are everywhere...if it were me, I'd look for another place. I'm not a fan of paying money to be treated so poorly.
Service was great and my nails are lovely!! I got a dip manicure and needed my nails trimmed. The nail tech was super thorough and made sure they were all even. My pedicure was a just a regular pedicure but was great! I'll upgrade next time and get the deluxe!
