Went in for a walk-in just expecting to get a trim and I got so much more! I wish I knew the name of the woman who cut my hair (third chair on the left I believe) as she did an excellent job! Great value for what I got.
I went to Fantastic Sams after calling and being told they had no one waiting and it was first come first serve. Signed the paper on the door and waited for 20 minutes. The names on the list above me were crossed out and I should have been called next, but as I waited We observed 2 people go into the place and get waited on before me. I went to see why and the girl was rude and stated that she would cut my hair. She did a very poor job, could not understand what I was asking to be done. I will never go back there.

Very unprofessional place!!they are not wearing any mask and when you ask them to put a mask on ..you would of thought you were the dumbest person in the room!! Very overpriced you go there to get a nice relaxing wash and rinse and it was like she wanted to hurry up and put you in and out as fast as you can go,would not recommend!! Very unfriendly place!! No good vibes!!
