Great blow dries, cuts and colors!! My favorite hairdressers are Dee and Hannah! Dee does a wonderful Deva Cut on my daughter ! Hannah does a lovely highlight on me and I have used both of them for Keratin! Highly recommend ! Chill vibe . Easy going salon and best bang for your buck!

This is a long one ... I have been going here for around 15 years. Of course, during that time I would get haircut that I didn't like but very seldom or I wouldn't be a 15 year client. Yesterday I went for a much needed trim. My stylist wasn't there so they gave me Cindy. My daughter was also getting a trim with another stylist and was walking in front of me and Cindy. My daughter has beautiful, long blonde hair. She has also been going here for 15 years. Cindy starts saying how she doesn't cut long hair and my daughter has too much hair. It came out not very nice so she followed up with ' I'm not saying it isn't pretty ' She them blurts out that my daughter's hair is green from too much chlorine and needs clarifying shampoo (although she couldn't remember the name). She then confronts my daughter that is with another lady. We don't have a pool. We swim in a lake. It is not from chlorine. Her hair was dyed blue and it is still faint on her hair. Now I get in the chair, per her direction, then she orders me to get up because she has to pull the chair back. She asks me what we are doing today and I told her to trim about an inch to 2" off with some layers. I showed her where to cut on my hair. She asked me to show her on my body where I wanted my hair to go to. I told her just brushing my shoulders and showed her. She then said where I showed her is not my shoulder, it is my neck and proceeded to showed me where my shoulder is. I have curly hair so she is telling me it will be longer when it is wet and she is stretching my hair down my arm. OK Einstein, I am 59 years old, thanks for letting me know that. She orders me to look up at her in the mirror asking me again where I wanted my hair to go to. She told me that she was taught, 42 years ago, to cut hair from the back not the sides. I told her again to take about an inch or so. She replied ' unfortunately we don't have rulers here. ' ( I was thinking, since you have been cutting hair for 42 years, you shouldn't need a ruler to know what an inch is ) . She then smirked at me and let her shoulders drop (or was it her damn neck) like I was a real problem. I told her that she was really stressing me out and I would wait for my regular stylist to be in. She replied ' that is a good idea' . Then I was outside the salon , sitting on a bench, waiting for my daughter. Cindy walked by the wall of windows and glared at me the entire length, to the extent she had to turn her head. A real piece of work she is. .... Hey Cindy , I have very bad Psoriatic Arthritis and it took so much for me to come in to get my haircut. I go out very seldom unless it is a doctor's appointment. I just wanted to make myself feel better, like haircuts do. Instead I walked out of there feeling worse than when I went in, without a haircut and holding back tears. You never know what a person is going through. At your ripe age, you think you would have learned that by now. You should be fired. To C & C , I am never coming back there. This is the kind of employees you have working there? And it is tolerated? She should be packing up her scissors. The owner did offer to have someone else cut my hair and I declined.

Asked for a cut and showed the barber (Gino) pictures of what I had in mind. Guy just buzzed my whole head. By the time I realized what he was doing it was too late.

Sal, the owner I'm told, IS NOT mindful of his customers time. I was given a 10 AM appointment and was told I would be the hair dresser's FIRST appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and waited 10 - 15 minutes before sitting in the chair. Come to find out it was because SAL gave the hair dresser a client with no regard for scheduled clients. When I voiced my frustration to Sal, who was running the front desk, he replied that the hair dresser had a previous appointment. He tried to put the blame on the hair dresser! Shame on him!

HUGE REGRET. NOT WORTH THE RISK. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is SO hit or miss. If you have not been recommended a specific stylist then do not go here. I went in for a trim and long layers and left with 4 inches of my hair on the ground and the choppiest uneven mess. I asked she only take off an inch and then blend long layers back in. I showed her a picture to make sure she had a visual. She waved me off, saying no problem, but it was too late when I realized that she was cutting off a lot more than I had asked. I can deal with the length, it's these choppy layers that stick out at odd angles that I can't get to look halfway decent. My bangs are now longer than the layers on the side of my head... ‍ The whole time she cut my hair she was being so negative about how the previous person cut my hair...who unbeknownst to her was another woman at that salon who actually did a good job and that's why I went back there! She also cut my hair SO FAST without taking the time to make sure the pieces she was cutting were going to fall back into the right place. She didn't even wet it or put any product in when she blew it out. I went in at 10:45am and I didn't know she had an appointment at 11am until a man took the seat next to me to wait for her to be done. That explained the rush, but I wish she would have actually paid attention to what I asked and took the time to shape it instead of literally going at it like Edward Scissorhands on some shrubbery. I'm never going back - you're better off spending money at a quality salon with stylists that actually care about what you want and take the time to make sure they cut it correctly! I'll be going to a more professional salon nearby to get this fixed.
