Forever Nail&Spa in Norfolk, VA

I'm so happy I walked into Forever nails. I love getting ombre nails with dip, but I have been finding it difficult to find a salon that does it. I was so happy that I saw it on the list of services. I showed Michelle the design and she did it with no problem. She was so sweet and asked me if I liked it after the first nail. She adjusted it until it was the shade I liked. This will be my go to salon for now on.

Let me begin by saying. I am very (extremely) particular about my nails. New to VA. I have been looking for a nail salon where I could get both my nails and toes done. I have found it. Michelle, Didi, we are in a whole relationship now . I will definitely be back. I will be bringing the girls, too. Look at the quality and perfection of my nails . This place is clean. They use autoclave to sterilize the instruments. The ambiance is a beautiful calm. While I was there , I met a client of their's who had been with them since the beginning. My pedicure was amazing. The massage chairs there have many options. This was the first of what I plan on being many future 10 star experiences with these ladies. As I was sitting, I saw the quality of many of the other nail technicians. They all seem skilled. You bring a picture of what you want they can do anything. I am so very happy!! Again LLOOKKK AT MY NAILS!!

I came in pretty late in the day after work w my daughter (5) I asked for a deluxe pedicure which was priced at $55 then I asked for my daughter to get both her nail and toes painted as well . We were seated quick and got right to business . Before I could even get my shoes off the tech asked me what color which I had to tell her give me one sec to look . After my toes were done my daughter wasn't finished so I sat there and waited . Suddenly I had hot coals and wax brought out to me so I'm looking at the service list hmm .. okay . My daughter was crying bc the heat of the dryer for the gel polish was pretty hot . I was constantly asked if I wanted my eyebrows done or eyelashes after I had already said no! Overall I paid $135 which I think is outrageous . The work was done nicely but I got charged $15 for nail art and my daughter has no nail art only polish and glitter . I probably won't be back

I have been going to Michelle for years. I follow her to the new shop when she changed. She did my nails when I was active duty. Once I got out of the military, I show her pictures what design and color I want, she will get it done.

I love this shop, the only place I'll go to get a peace of mind and great work! Thank you Michelle!
