I went in for a bleach job and asked for brown low lights. What I got was white her with dark gray low lights, I asked for them to trim my hair and not cut that bangs or the side. The girl that did my hair must have been new she kept asking the other hairdressers. How do I do this? What do I do? How do I do this is this ok . I was there for eight hours the first day complained and went back in the second and the owner actually cut my hair the second time to try to fix it. The girl that did my hair did more highlights but it was still a dark gray I complained. They said that done enough and will knock me my money back. My hair is choppy and crooked I had to go buy brown hair color and fix it myself. My hair looks fried choppy and just gross. Do not if you love your hair, go to the salon.

Greatest salon ever! Owner is amazing and always does a wonderful job and goes above and beyond every time! Other stylists I've seen also do amazing work! Everyone is so friendly. Check them out!

TLDR: My stylist was really nice, but didn't give me the haircut i asked for and tried to hide my natural curl pattern because it looked wonky with the cut. I'm not one to write reviews, but the experience I had at this place was off-putting to say the least. I went in for a hair cut a while back with a few pictures to give a good idea of what I wanted done. My stylist was super nice and friendly, and I had a good time talking with her throughout my appointment, but it just didn't seem like she wanted to cut my hair to the length that I asked. I ended up telling her three separate times that I wanted it shorter, and it just didn't seem like she was gonna go shorter at all. At most, she would thin out the ends a little. After the cut was over, she proceeded to start styling it. She turned the chair so I couldn't see what she was doing, and literally told me not to look until she was done. From what i could tell, she had used straightening balm on my curly hair, and when she went to use the diffuser, she held it against my head on the hottest setting for 10 seconds before giving up and telling me that she just couldnt get it to dry my hair. She ended up just blow drying normally and heat curling the top layer to hide how my curl pattern made the cut look bad. I ended up going home and immediately washing out all of the product and cutting my hair myself. While i would love to give this place a good review, I was very disappointed in the overall atmosphere, as well as not getting the cut that i had asked for at all. It by no means was a bad cut, it just unfortunately was not what i asked for, and i probably wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking to get a curly haircut.

Amazing service, super friendly atmosphere, wonderful stylists! I had Jordyn cut my hair and has given me balayages in the past, I love it every time! They also have an amazing product line up including the Diva Curl line, which I lHighly recommend this salon to anyone looking to have a great time while getting pretty!

Worst experience ever. I went in to get multiple colors in my hair and within 5 days, there was only 1 color left. After speaking with the manager who said that my "hair must have been altered" because he has "never seen this before and color just doesn't do this", he will not stand behind the work and color that was done. I showed him photos of what color I had even just 5 days after I got the color put in. I spent $250+ on my 4 colors only to end up with purple hair. I am so extremely disappointed in the way my hair turned out and the way the manager handled the situation. I will have to find a new salon as I will NEVER return to this salon. I am a strong believer in word of mouth and will DEFINITELY be spreading the word. Take caution when trusting them with your hair.
