--If a guest shows you a photo of what they want and you're not equipped, unsure if you can execute, or cannot perform the service a client is asking for, tell them. Give them the option to go somewhere else. Because this is unacceptable. My best friend got her hair done by Alison at Meraki Hair Lounge. She did not like the outcome because, well... look at the photos I've attached. The first two photos are what she wanted, the second two photos are what she got. Nowhere near what she asked for. Not even close. She tried reaching out/emailing the owner of the salon to see if she would connect her with another stylist in the salon to fix her hair and remedy the situation (since she no longer trusts the stylist that originally did this to her hair). No response from the salon owner. So she gave the stylist that did this to her hair, the opportunity to fix it. She was and is still very underwhelmed/unhappy with the outcome and is having to go somewhere else to have the color corrected and her hair fixed the way she wants it. The way it should've been done the first time.
