BELLE PALACE NAIL SPA MARLTON in Marlton, NJ

I came in for a Yelp Elite experience and I asked for a basic manicure with gel polish. I previously had my nails done from a different salon and it was also a basic manicure with gel polish but they did not do as good of a job as Belle Palace. This salon is located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking and easy to find. When I first walked in, I was amazed by how grand and fancy Belle Palace looked. The cleanliness, organized, and chic nail spa is just the right place to for a self care day. I found it so unique that Belle hosts parties for bridal, kids, etc. They also do many nail services including nail art which is quite hard to find at a regular nail salon. My nail tech was Nathan and he kept me entertained while he was prepping my nails. I usually do not like talking, I prefer relaxing but Nathan was incredible. We had a lot in common and it felt therapeutic to talk to Nathan. He was very patient and gentle, it didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the result and experience at Belle Palace. My cuticles look and feel great and my nail color and shape are so much better than what I had before, I will be back!

Love love love! I showed them a reference photo and Linda made it a close as she possibly can with the gems they have available. The style I wanted was going past into their closing hour at 7 but she still did my nails patiently and diligently with detail!! My nail beds are so clean and French tips are so smooth. Will definitely come back!

Went to belle Palace with my wife to do a pedicure. Overall great experience, lovely place (massage chairs are cool). I went for a spa pedicure that priced at 73$ (big high) but was great overall. Only issue is they are often very busy so although we had an apt at 1:45, they only got me at 2:30 and my wife ended up cancelling since they had no tech until 2:50. She informed me that it is typically not as bad

Came for color french tip. Lady didn't do a second coat of color, leaving it sheer like. There is also lint stuck on my nails and with spots of glitter. I kept correcting her trying not to sound too picky. Overall not a good experience! A waste of $40 if you ask me.

Do not bother going to this place. They over charge for everything. Even their own staff agrees the prices are too high. My daughters and I were customers there since they opened. The prices were competitive. Over the years the prices started going up. The manager Tammy was very warm and friendly. The current manager is rude and non accommodating. Today my daughter went in for a manicure. She gets the dip and the price has been $43 for a little while. Today she was charged $50 and when she asked why they told her because she needed her nails shaped. She usually gets them squared however, the technician told her she needed them to be in an round shape because a few had broken. Never did she tell her filing them in a round shape would be a $7 up charge. My daughter responded that Lily never charged her seven dollars to file her nails. But now that Lily is gone, she had to use another technician. She was told that Lily did not up-charge her because she was a regular. But now that she used a different technician, by no fault of hers, she's being charge $7 extra. Needless to say my daughters, and I will never patronize this establishment again.
