I recently got my nails done at my usual place earlier this week. The color/design I asked for did not come out as I would've liked and the next day, one of my nails had already chipped. I was in this area yesterday and I was calling a few places to see if I can get someone to do a gel polish change and fix my (1) broken nail. 70 Nails was the first place to answer my call and told me to come in regardless that they were closing at 7:30P. Upon arrival, there was a slight argument between the employees I guess there was a mis-communication between them so I didn't feel welcomed but after I was told to sit-down, things calmed a bit and my nails are all fixed and good to go. I appreciate them taking me in last minute :) Thanks
This salon is AWFUL! I went in for a gel refill and polish was peeling on one nail and another nail broke...the next day. Gave them a 2nd try and scheduled a gel refill but showed up for my appointment and there were 2 workers in the salon and neither one knew how to do what I needed. I couldn't believe it, they scheduled me and didn't even have the staff to do it!
Kim is the best. Always available when I want to go in early. She listens and always makes sure my nails are to my liking.
NEVER COME HERE. There is a reason why they are empty. They just sent me home after I spent 50 minutes filing my own nails, but the woman refused to even attempt to get the style a shape that I had when walking in. She said she couldn't remember. I have a photo with how she left my nails before she handed me the file because she's un willing to make a simple almond shape. On top of that, she kept trying to up-charge me, not even offer a simple apology let alone a discount for spending 50 minutes of my time finding my own nails in a nail salon that I'm paying for to relax in be in and out in an ample amount of time, when I have a meeting 90 minutes from my appointment time. They literally just send me home without even color on my nails. They even had the audacity to come in my ear and tell ME to hurry up that my nail tech has more appointments. Wow. I think they are racist and classless. They told me to "NEVER COME BACK." If I'm not getting my nails done I don't understand why I would. The last time I was here, my nails were lumpy and uneven, but I thought I would give them another chance. I'm vastly disappointed, I feel discriminated against, and I think this business needs to be shut down.
Terrible gel manicure. Polished on my cuticles so naturally the polish chipped and lifted after one day. 60 bucks down the drain. A hard pass for me going forward.
