got a haircut 11-30-23. i have never given a bad review, normally would not bother to be hurtful. what the h was the stylist thinking? my daughter was abrupt and rude. i thought my daughter was getting carried away, until i got home, and took a better look. horrible, always remember, you can take more hair off but you cannot put it back!!!!! over 2 years of regrowth hacked off!!! why would you think every woman over 50 wants some typical cut???? bob length, without the chopping under cut would have been a good place to start!!!!!!! it will take me 2 years to regrow the under cut! yes, with everything going on in the world, i remind myself how shallow this may seem, we talked about world events while she was cutting, but seriously? a bad cut is a bad cut!!!!!!!
I got a haircut from Bekha in Marlton, and unfortunately I didn't see that the right side was much longer than the left side before I left the salon. it wasn't until my neighbor told me how crooked my hair was! When my family saw me, they immediately said I looked lopsided! Ugh! so I called the salon for a repair and was really disappointed that they would not make time to fix my hair! This was a $60 haircut that took about 10 minutes to cut and the salon said that i had to wait for 2 days to get a repair. After I was very upset, they called and the manager could squeeze me in at 6:45 before they closed! Who's available at 6:45 for a haircut!?? So I have to wait now for 2 days to get a repair! Terrible!!!! Just Terrible!!!!! Never again. Very bad customer service!
I really don't understand the point of an online booking with notes when they don't read them. I made an hour long "cut and style" appointment for my daughter and specifically said in the notes that we just wanted a trim but mainly wanted her hair curled for a dance. I purposely selected an hour appointment for this. When we met with the stylist she said she wouldn't have time to do any sort of curls and that it takes 30 minutes to cut and 30 to blow dry. Not only was she done in 45 minutes, she didn't even attempt to curl in the time she had left, or even apologize to my daughter. Never ever returning here again. They need to read notes and if they can't accommodate, call the customer and explain why and offer to book a different appointment for longer.
