Kiora Nail Spa in Marlton, NJ

I love Kiora nails. I've been coming here every 3 weeks since 2020. Consistency is one of the most underrated service offerings in any industry and kiora is consistent!!! ***round of applause please*** The salon is always kept very clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And they're always keeping up with the latest trends and adding additional colors. I guess this can be a con since it's hard to pick just one color. They are a bit on the pricer side but they 100% use quality products. My nails never chip or lift. Honestly I can't recommend this place enough.

Wanted to update and say that I've been using this nail salon for over a year now! Diane is amazing and always does a great job with whatever photos I bring her as inspiration. If you happen to have a bad experience here, I would recommend trying one more nail tech before giving up. Every nail tech seems to have their own style and aesthetic for certain things. BTW - I loooove their jelly pedicures here! I think they are worth the extra money every once in awhile. They are a fun experience :-)

Very unpleasant atmosphere and unpleasant employees. I first got a manicure and it hurt so bad and she rubbed so hard with her dremel it felt like my nails were on fire. I told her "please not do hard your hurting me" oh ok she said. And she continued to hurt and I had to continually have her stop. I'm not sensitive I've had my nails done for years but this woman was terrible. Then I moved onto my pedicure as nail beds were throbbing. She dug and cut so much I wound up with really bad infection with my nail beds on my toes. I could not wear shoes they hurt so bad. The sides of my feet were raw from her scrubbing so hard . I was leaving for vacation the next day or I would have just walked out. I will never go back there and I would never recommend this place. Be aware and definitely don't allow anyone to be so rough with you. I suffered and never again will I be so nice about what they did to my feet and nails . STAY AWAY

It's a hit or miss. I've been to this place 3 times. The first time I went, Diane did my nails and she did such a great job that I booked her for my 2nd appointment. During my 2nd appointment, Diane was still working on another customer so they asked if I could be seen by someone else. I agreed and was seen by an older tech who was so nice and also did a really great job on my nails. I naively thought that everyone at Kiora could do no wrong that when I went a 3rd time, I had no preference as to who was going to do my nails. So I was seen by a male tech (perhaps the only one there) and, unfortunately, he nicked both of my ring fingers. He put some type of ointment which I think numbed the pain because when I took a shower that night, my fingers felt so painful. The pain lasted a couple of days and they have now scabbed. I get my nails done regularly so I have been nicked before but never this painful nor to the point where it would even scab. When it was time to pay at the counter, he gave me hand lotion and cuticle oil (the cuticle oil pen doesn't work btw) and said it was a holiday giveaway but I'm a bit skeptical if that was really a holiday giveaway they were all doing or an apology for nicking me. I'm due to get my nails done again next week but I'm a bit traumatised to get them done at all.

For my first time being their customer it wasn't a bad experience. The only con I have is my nail tech wasn't fully invested into having a conversation with me or particularly helpful with my colors. I do appreciate her cleaning up my cuticles, the neat snowflake drawling and attentive to my shape. I would have gave this salon a 4 if maybe I was able to tune out their conversations on the side, as suppose I am Vietnamese myself and understood them. Other than that, overall ok experience, price was a tad bit high, I wouldn't be back. Thanks for taking me in during the holiday season Kiora Nails!
