Honestly i am so disappointed... I will post proof of how cruel this customer service is . I have made an appointment with NATALIE CLARK i had gave her 100 dollar deposit because i was a new customer without knowing the 24 hour cancelation policy because she did not tell me unfortunately i had to cancel because i had told her i was exposed to covid because my mom who lives with me and my spouse tested covid positive and later that same day i tested positive ..That day i had cancelled 20 hours before my appointment she literally had told me covid is just an excuse and shes not giving my money back. Basically she DOES NOT care for her clients if they get covid and gave me such a HARD time !! She accused me of lying about having covid ..At first she stated she would give my money back if i was covid positive i sent her proof which i will attach here she never responded then after many messages she responded stating that i am a lying and switching my store ...If anyone goes to this salon never give your money before hand they will take it without a doubt! NATALIE CLARK is so rude and does not give a damn about her customers i went to many salons never have i ever experienced lack of sympathy from a stylist. Very disappointing....

I followed a stylist Kara to this new salon. I started going to her in 2019 when Originally found her old place on Yelp. I really really like the salon and her as a person and stylist. She always makes me laugh and is a down to earth chick I can relate to. Kara always cuts and colors my hair perfect for me! If you're searching for a new salon/stylist I would definitely schedule it with her!!!!!

This is a way overdue review for Kara. Kara is my hair stylist since 2017 originally from the trim salon. She specializes in hair dyeing from crazy colors like purple and blue, to the normal colors like blonde and brown. I asked Kara to dye my hair back then to a lighter brown color and it could not be more perfect. It looked natural and not that noticeable. I always go to Kara whenever I need a haircut as well. I love my hair in layers and not that many people know how to cut hair layers, but Kara does. You can ask her for layers, and she will be happy to assist you. I also got an Olaplex add in with my hair dye to help reduce damage to my hair. You can ask Kara anything and she will help you! Now fast forward Kara working at the Bella Vagos. This Hair Salon takes COVID-19 Precautions seriously. First, Kara had me wait in my car until she was ready to bring me back, which is good. Second, Kara takes your forehead temperature, ask you to sanitize your hands, and made sure you filled out the COVID-19 questionnaire if you haven't already online on your phone. This is how COVID-19 precautions should be done! My usual haircut for medium-long length cost about $35. I saw a sign that they will be increasing their prices to $60+. I am sad that it will be doubled than what I would normally pay But other than that, ask for Kara. She knows what she is doing and keeps up with the trends.

Followed Kara here from another salon. Kara is absolutely the best. She has been cutting my hair for years and I always know I will get a perfect cut

I have been getting my hair done with Sarah at Bella Vagos for almost one year and I have never been disappointed. Bella Vagos is such a cute salon - modern, comfortable, and professional! Sarah is the queen of habit habit-tied extensions and it is obvious that she invests a lot of time and effort into learning more. She went to Arizona to get trained by the people who created this extensions method, which shows her dedication. Sarah is so easy to talk to and I look forward to our appointments. She even squeezed my mom in for an appointment when she was already booked like crazy! It was my mom's first real salon experience and she literally said that she felt beautiful after leaving Sarah's chair. Thank you for being the best Sarah!!
