Best nail salon I've been to, John & Leann did great with acrylic sets! The place is very clean & I will definitely be coming back a third time.
Went in for manicure. She talked me into a shellac manicure. They looked pretty good but when I left I noticed a bubble on my left middle finger. I went back in for her to redo. She said " you have bump in your nail that is not from the shellac". I do not have a bump on my nail! Then a gentleman at the front counter came by to look and he said the same thing! I will never go back there again.
I had called for an appt, they told me to go in that they had time for a gel manicure, i got there like 15 after my call and they had me wait for a whole hour and while i was waiting they told me that i should leave and come back due to them being behind, i was the only person waiting so i didn't understand why they wanted me too leave and come back, but definitely wasted my time and bad customer service!!
I've been going here for quite some time. Khay does an amazing job. She pays great attention to detail and truly cares for her clients. Highly recommend going to see Khay!
