Edit- if you don't remember me then how would you know what happened when I called? I called when I was a minute away to see if there was time. I am a hairstylist if someone called asking for a service I would say yes someone is available or no but at this time. That's not an excuse. You either have time or don't. If I ask the price and then get to the front and am changed $20 more that's misinformation. I called while running errands to see if they had an opening for my daughter. They said yes, so we went. We got there and waited 30+ minutes. I could have easily finished my errands and come... I told them she wanted white tips only. The sign says $40. Then he charged me $60! $10 for shaping the nail into an almond???? Is this real? Then $7 to paint the French tips on? That's still $57... When all he needed was to put on white tips? Not to mention she asked For nude powder and he gave her pink. Total rip off! I will not be returning.

Went here for my birthday as a treat for myself. Walked in and I was looked at as if I was going to be a waste of their time. I was sat down and remained optimistic since I've had plenty of pedicures and know what to expect. I don't remember the technicians name however she seemed nice at first but when I explained to her regarding one of my toe nails being torn in half she then appeared to get annoyed at the fact I asked if there was a way to fix it. She said yes and filled it with acrylic. After she finished with the filling she informed me it was going to be an extra $10 dollar charge. I did not understand why she couldn't tell me before hand, which I don't mind paying the extra if it was going to look decent. The callous removing was non existent, The "massage" was just a slab of lotion on my legs and was poorly rubbed around. She brings out the hot stones and barely touches me with them, she cut the skin on both of my big toes. I asked for a certain color and she said it didn't look nice which I understand if it didn't, however I tried to ask for a similar color that would look nice and she said no look at the samples so I ended up going with the generic white. The acrylic toe came out crooked. And at the end when I went to pay I thought I would be asked how was my experience, however I was told how much it was and if I would be leaving cash as a tip or through my card. Seriously had to be the worst pedicure I've ever received. In the end I did not feel relaxed and pampered as I hoped I would but instead went into my car and cried of the frustration and disappointment I had.

I had a pedicure at NT Nails in Modesto and the corner of Dale and Standiford. The gentleman's name was Ben. He's very good, great massage.

I went here on Friday and my techs name was Jennifer. She was rude from the start cuz I was talking to her but she kept speaking to her co workers in another language. And then when she finally started to soap my feet the water was terribly hot and almost burnt my feet. And after she put some cold water she kept speaking to her coworker like she's talking shit abt my toes. I told her I was in the hospital admitted for 3 months and sorry abt my toes being so long. But I think she didn't hear all that. She removed my mail polish and cuz one of my big toes was bruised and half way black she told me she's not helping me. I told her I never had problem at the dale rd location and then she's like go there. So I had to leave there wet feet and all and go to sisk rd location where a very nice tech named Tracy took care of my feet. She was the nicest I even left her a $10 tip. I felt discriminated here at the coffee rd location

Kenny does amazing work. Clean nice nail salon with friendly quick service. I made an appointment online which was very convenient. No wait when I arrived. $75 for old acrylic nail soak off, new full set long length with ombré white and pink powders, and gel coat. Kenny's work is perfect, I'll definitely be back.
