I wanted to get my haircut so I logged into this Floyd online location and it gave me a 73 minute wait time. I get to the store 45 minutes later and then they tell me I am not in the system. So I have to be added back into the system again, with 3 people ahead of me. So I told them I will be right back, so I walked into Raley's and came back 15 minutes later to only find out that my name is not on the list again. I am super frustrated now, the woman running the place tells us (2 other people who put their names in the online list that didn't have our names when we got here) to have patience, not an apology and then an explanation. I was then added on after 3 other people showed up after me. I was quoted to be 4th in line. Now I actually went in the 7th spot. The person running the location then apologized to me saying she is sorry that she has new staff who kept pulling the people in the wrong order! I can accept that apology and reasoning but no leadership to remedy the situation in the moment. Will try to never use this location again!
This is just another place that does hack jobs on people's hair. I said I wanted a specific cut and got left with a crappy hair cut I can't do anything with. I was told or yes ma'am I can for sure do a cut like this....well nope you couldn't again. I'm left with crappy looking hair yet again. More schooling and knowledge needs to be taught and get back to the basic customer service...take the time to shampoo, cut, blow and style .I will gladly pay for what I deserve but if you can not do simple cuts then you don't belong cutting hair. NEVER go to any Great Clips they re all untrained employees just taking your money and leaving you with a bad hair cut.
