DO NOT GO HERE Would genuinely give this place 0 stars if I could ... they charged me $50 for a fill... unpainted .... I had to legitimately file my own nails bc she was leaving them with dents and holes in the tips. the service was so bad I actually felt like I couldn't have them finish AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME $50 FOR UNPAINTED TRASH NAILS. Been here many times never once been satisfied, always breaking, colors are watered down or running out. Also don't believe the prices on the website, they're made up
Do not go to this horrible salon. I always bring a picture of my request and they in turn give me their interpretation which is horribly wrong. I should have stopped her but I didn't want to make a scene. When I told them of my disappointment, they asked me not to return and I was hurt. I paid her in full plus tip. They cannot do designs. They just want to give you their interpretation and usher you out the door. They are not professional and I know they have no understanding of diplomacy. Save your time and money a seek more professional and talented nail techs. That girl Lyn, I waited over months for her on maternity leave. Her with her yellow stain teeth only wanted to secure a green card for her baby daddy.
Ivy Nails is THE nail salon to go to in Lansing. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. And of course, I have to give a special shout out to my go-to nail tech, Padee--she never ceases to amaze me with her articulate and detailed artwork on my nails. I won't trust anyone else but Padee with my nails -- well, unless she is out for some reason -- then I know with any of the other nail techs that I will still be in good hands. :) The whole salon is very talented and willing to work with each client about what she or he wants and ensure they leave satifised. 10/10 recommend Ivy Nails. You won't be disappointed! :)
I got my nails done 4 days ago, I spent 70 dollars. I have already had 2 nails fall off, and i am not from town so I cant just go in and get it fixed. asked for a refund and they said no. wouldnt reccomend going here.
Came in here today for a nail fix on a set that wasn't originally done here. Waited at the counter for a minute before walking back without being acknowledged by anyone and blatantly asked if I could get a nail fix but they didn't have any free technicians. It didn't seem like they were interested in helping me honestly and in the end I was put at a station in the back of the facility away from everyone else and left for my nail to soak. After soaking for 20+ minutes and not even being given a time frame of when I would get my simple fix I was able to just take the entire nail off since it had soaked for so long and left. They could have saved me my time by letting me know they wouldn't be helping me anytime soon. They're inattentive and stuck up.
