BW the manager is very unprofessional and rude! He bleached my hair using hair color in the same mix then placing me under a hair dryer . Common sense your defeating the hair color while mixing bleach in dye. He made tons of my hair fall out his words was "shedding" so clearly he didn't know what he was doing. He went to a hair store young's beauty supply in logan square to ask for instructions because he was unsure, or acted as if he was sure! he cut my hair uneven. He cut "one" of my sideburn an not the other which i do not know why he cut sideburn when he was suppose to trim But that was his way of messing my hair up! WORST EXPERIENECE EVER NOT RECOMMENDED; also when I went to express my concerns he tryed to quiet me an rush me out of shop an told me to never come back as if i was problem. Very unprofessional hopefully the state of Michigan garbages that salon anyways. It's not presentable anyways
