I don't usually comment on bad service but this was my first visit to this salon by a loyal customer and the service I received and my family and friends who walked in after I did, I felt compelled to share this. The person who assisted me didn't speak much English but at first was kind, but had trouble understanding what I wanted. It was steady when i arrived so didn't take long to get serviced. She just assumed what I wanted and handed me selections of Gell/Shelac. I told her the color I wanted for both hand and foot to be same but continued to do my nails even though they were obvious not. I compared color to toes and they were not the same and I pointed it out to her she jumps up gets other color and proceeds, it was still not right, but she was frustrated and started jerking my hands and insisted I not move as I was in an awkward position for nails to dry in device. I told her it was fine as her attitude was far from being kind and I only wanted to leave. Long story short, I was over charged from what was on the list of prices. I felt I had to pay for her mistake. On top of it, my other friends were quoted a price prior to service and all 3 were over charged by $5-$10 each. The person who came behind me got awful service and nails filed according to her liking vs the customer. I will DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK AND URGE ANY WHO DO, GET YOUR PRICE IN WRITING AND ONLY GO TO THE OWNER OR HER HUSBAND.
I've gotten my nails/toes done here multiple times and it's great! I usually get shellac but I have gotten a full set before as well. Fair prices, pretty typical nail salon.
Just say no. I went for a pedi and it took a little over an hour. The lady who did it seemed nice enough but had no interest in speaking to customers, spent her time talking to the nail tech next to her or stopping completely to watch the TV behind her. When she was done, she didn't say a word, just walked away and didn't come back. I continued to sit there, wasn't offered the option to move to the nail drying area. Finally the girl who answers the phone came over and told me I "should be good" since I had open toe shoes and that I could go. The paint job was ruined within 10 minutes. Waste of money.
