Terrible haircut, she trimmed the back and never even bothered to look at or trim the front. I asked her if she was going to cut the front- she said it didn't need it. Um, I paid for a FULL haircut. I wanted lowlights, she convinced me to get highlights- which made me think maybe she didn't know how to do lowlights. My hair turned out way too blond, which I had told her I wanted to avoid. And my scalp was red and sore from sitting under a dryer, something I have never done with foils. She had two of us scheduled to have our hair done at the same time. The whole thing felt very rushed. I thought the other girls hair looked worse than mine. Very bad experience.

I used a groupon. Worst haircut I've ever had. I've never seen anyone cut hair the way she did. I have bangs which she just quickly cut while they were wet and not styled the way I wear them. She barely dried my hair and it looked absolutely horrible when she was complete. She actually told me my hair was too blonde.. Apparently that was her excuse for it looking horrible. When I crawled back to my old hairdresser, she was absolutely appalled by the cut and took a picture of the back so I could see how uneven it was. It looked like a 5 year old cut it.

I had a great experience here! She was very polite and welcoming, listened to how I wanted my hair, and executed fabulously. Thank you!

Bought the groupon, made the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early. Was rudely greeted and told that the groupons are for short hair and I would be charged extra and she claimed to not have me booked. I have shoulder length hair and NEVER have I been charged extra for a haircut and color. Awaiting my groupon refund and advise no one to go here. If she wants to have returning customers she should learn to smile and not be so rude.

I was very disappointed in my visit. I went for a hair color. I wanted a dark brown color with red in it. She proceeded to rush through the coloring, applying most of it to my roots and barely any on the tips. I let it go, figuring she knew what she was doing. Thinking about it now, I used a groupon so she probably didn't care how it looked. Anyways, once I left I noticed how uneven the color was. She brushed it off in the salon by saying "the lighting was weird". 1. It's barely red 2. all the red is in my roots, while the bottom is super blotchy and uneven. Not only was I not pleased with my hair, but also when she asked me if I was on any medications! For absolutely no reason. And she had no follow up reason as to why she asked that either. With all that said, I will not be returning.
