I wish I could give less than one star. Whoever cut my husbands hair is a joke of a stylist. Incapable of cutting hair and owning up to her error. My sweet husband went to get a haircut after work to surprise me and came home with a cut straight in the middle of his head cutting off his difficult cowlicks. I understand cowlicks are difficult to cut/style. However COMMUNICATE with the customer and tell them you don't feel comfortable, they should opt for a diff cut and/or denying the haircut and passing it to a more experienced stylist. I absolutely will be calling and speaking to the manager, stylist & receiving a FULL refund for this mess. My husband came home like almost in tears because what the heck even is this. You can't even fix it. This is AWFUL.

My review has nothing to do with the cut quality. It has to do with wait times, the app and the skill of the person at the reception desk. After fighting it I finally got the app so that I could check in online and avoid a 50 minute walk-in wait. Second time for this BS. I checked in using the app. It said 16 minute wait time for the first available 'stylist'. I get there 8 minutes later. The little unkept boy at the desk tells me 'any minute'. As I'm sitting there (25 minutes) I watch my wait time go to 36 minutes after 4 people were taken back before me. Before getting myself in trouble I walked the F out. Never Again will this joint or any Sports Clips get my money.

Shannon was very pleasant today. The MVP was awesome. I loved my haircut and look forward to the next one. I highly recommend you do online check in. I walked in without and waited 40 mins before being seen. Three others walked in after me and were taken care of within a few minutes.

Wish I could give a 0 for this review. My husband wanted a haircut, and his usual barber was closed. He decided to go to Sports Clips since it was open and is close to where we live. Are these girls even certified to cut hair? He wanted a simple buzz cut - he figured that couldn't be messed up - and a beard trim. Never in my life have I seen a worse hair cut. His hair and beard were completely different lengths. The right side of his beard was short, and the left side looked like she forgot about it all together. Same with this hair - there were random long strands that she completely forgot to cut. He came home and spent almost an hour trying to even everything out. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you're not looking for the barber shop style haircut, but you want a haircut that still keeps you fly, then this is the place to go to. They got a great set up, come in and put yourself on the waiting list and wait for one or the ladies to call your name. She will cut it how ever you want it done, she is there to make sure you look good. Now once she's done with your hair, and then you realized you don't want to wait and come home to wash your hair, then go right ahead and order the MVP, Cuz you are the Most Valuable Person there. What is the MVP you ask. Well I'm glad you asked. They take you to the back room, (not that back room) they will wash and rinse your hair, and also put a nice warm towel on your face. Don't care if you're a manly man or just a man, that hot towel feels great. After that, Pay and don't forget to tip the lady. They also sell a huge variety of gels/mousse and I think I saw some beard oil. Enjoy.
