Heidi did an amazing job with my short bob haircut. I like that she prioritizes getting to know you and your style to make best suggestions rather than just doing what customers ask for. The interior is also very bright and pretty, overall a great spot to get a stylish haircut.

The blowout lasted one day, disappointed at the results. Great customer service, accommodating for walk ins, and they use high end products, staff are friendly. The end result was not as expected.

The worst (felt like racist) experience that I faced today in Seattle based hair salon BANG SLU! My hair appointment today was with Alexander Scott and this appointment was accepted after multiple emails to the salon and receptionist didn't return my call after repeated trial, red flag! I shouldn't have scheduled an appointment to begin with but I understand that salons are busy and I value artist's time so I was persistent and agreed to show up on a long weekend. Today I drove 45 minutes through traffic and arrived 4:02 pm only to find out that there isn't any parking. I called at salon 4:05 pm to inform my situation, no one responded! Note that they have have 10-15 minutes grace period ONLY! Finally at 4:10 someone picked up and I did a verbal check in explaining my situation. I put my car on emergency blink, stayed inside the car, and parked temporarily in front of the salon while she walked out of the salon waived to me and acknowledged my situation across the street. It was around 4:12 when she was walked up to the parking spot at the back to show me where I can possibly find a parking. Until now she didn't mention that my check in wasn't accepted or she will cancel my appointment. Unfortunately the car next to the single available spot parked too narrow and it took a solid 10 minutes to squeeze my car in. By the time I walked back to the salon door it was 4:21 and the door was locked. They could see me from inside but didn't open the door! What a mistreatment! I tried to get enter through the other door aapartment complex entrance door and it was locked. I called on phone and I was just about to hit pay for 10 hrs on my phone for parking, I was told that the Salon have to reschedule since I'm late! What an unacceptable treatment! Thank God that I could cancel my park to pay! I was surprised that I wasn't even offered any shorter duration alternative services just to honor my arrival and the parking situation! I walked back to my car while I stayed on phone and I was offered a rescheduling. I asked if they'll charge me for today and the answer was YES! Why did they harass me after waving and checking in on phone and wasted my time to park then? SUCH A FRAUD SALON! The most arrogant behavior that I have encountered in a service industry. They don't know how to treat customers and thug honest people who has every intention to show up for a service!

Madison gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life!! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the salon and felt like I was sitting among friends and laughing. Thank you talented and friendly people of Bang!

Got a haircut from Alex. He started with asking what I like and don't like about my hair and he was great. He even recommended some great hair products.
