Literal scam, spent 15 min to walk out worse than we walked in with. Not worth the price tag, first and last time I'd step within 50 feet of this place.

I made a last minute appointment on Saturday probably my 1st mistake but I just needed a root touch up and a toner and a women I believe named Nalla, Nada? Put me in her chair threw bleach on my head, washed me out way to soon leaving a orange line and dark spots through out my head in hopes to cover it up she left my toner on for an extremely extended amount of time turning my already platinum white hair an interesting blue color. For my hair cut she slicked back all my hair and just chopped it she left one side an inch longer than the other.she told me "I'm going to spoil you" by putting in some leave in conditioner or whatever the hell that was, as if she was doing me a favor. She hopped between me and a few other clients which was fine besides her looking extremely rushed and absolutely not taking her time I was scared after I saw the 5 min hair cut she did on a younger girl and just butchered it. When I finally got to the counter my total cost for my hair that put me in absolute tears was $250 because I didn't like it they told me they could take off 50 dollars I paid 200 dollars for a lopsided hair cut and two toned hair she offered to fix it and I told her she can't touch my hair. I normally maintain my blonde on my own I just had about an inch of new growth and didn't feel like doing it on my own.

I haven't had a facial in a long time and I was really looking forward to it. My skin has changed a great deal since my last facial and it was a little painful for me. I have developed malia over the past few years and their removal was what caused me the pain. Once they were removed I was able to relax and enjoy some much needed down time, and even fell asleep. It did take a few days for my skin to recover, but once it did it looked so good. The esthetician was polite and a great masseuse. I look forward to returning soon.

This place charges way too much money and the stylists aren't that great. I had one manager from here doing my hair and kept telling me I had to come in every 8 weeks. My hair was fried out, was the wrong color, and the style was never right. I wanted dark & blonde and ended up with orange then yellow. I then went to Mirror Mirror, paid $120, and my hair was done right on the first appointment. I only go in every 6 months here and my hair still looks good.
