Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Goodyear, AZ

My husband I and just moved to the area about 6 months ago and have gone 3 times now and leave happier every time. Liz has helped us out all three times. Nothing but a great bunch of women working here. Very professional and polite each time.

Do not go to Nicole. I don't know how this girl has a license to do hair. The first time she stole the hairstyle I wanted and had someone do it on her hair. I know this because she didn't do mine correctly and I had to go back the next week. She had the EXACT style I asked for. Second time showed her a picture and it turned out NOTHING like the picture at all. At the end she said "this is as close to it as I can get it." If she knew she couldn't deliver the result why take on the task? I'm posting pictures of what I asked for and what I got.

This review is long overdue. Jordan is absolutely amazing and deserves so much recognition for her work. She is a genius when it comes to haircuts. I met her 2 years ago when I received a botched haircut from some high end salon in Scottsdale and she totally fixed it. I have yet to play with color but from the pictures I have seen, she will definitely be my go to person.

I normally have my cousin cut my hair but she moved to California, this was my first time at fantastic Sam's, I had explained to the stylist that this was my first time and what as my plan, to take about 3 inches off, as she is cutting she's telling me I'm going to need to cut 6-7 inches in total, she asked me how low and I placed my hand a few inches below my collar, armpit area, when she's done having me position my head and I can see straight, my hair is cut straight all the way across TO MY NECK, I was completely devastated, I couldn't help but cry and asked her why she said my hair needed and it, I look like D.W from Arthur. And then the stylist was offended that I was inconsolable and left to the back, the other lady was ready for me to pay at the register I told her I'll pay 10 and that's it, she had the nerve to tell me that they "will credit me this time" Wow just WOW, talking about pick up the hair from the ground to prove it was only 6 inches, I'm going to place this experience on every platform possible and look into legal aid because of the lack of professionalism and disregard for my horrible experience, also said to come in 8-12 weeks for a trim, so it can grow out better. 8-12 weeks before my hair starts to not look like DW from Arthur?? I don't get why they have 4.4 stars, maybe they pick and choose how they want to treat 1st timers in their salon.

Jordan is AMAZING! She did an excellent job and made me feel beautiful! I don't trust many people with my hair but I will be coming back. Thank you Jordan!!!
