Giving one star is generous at this point. This was my go to spot and i was a very loyal great paying/tipping customer. Well i went in for a pedi on Saturday 02/11 not sure if i got a new girl, it was HORRIBLE I'm not sure she knew what she was doing. Instead of nipping my dead skin she would clip it then pull to try to peel it off - causing her to peel my actual skin off/back causing me to bleed. Same thing with the nails. She dug into my big toe causing it to bleed and me continually pulling my foot back yelling that it hurts. I was about to get up and walk out. For TWO days after my pedi i could not apply pressure to my big toe, i woke up that middle of the morning to my toe throbbing. And now it's oozing puss. Never going back (pictures attached don't mind the dog hair on my sandal)

Gel manicure was $35 and took about 45 min. They were able to see me right away without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. The salon is clean and nice and the shopping center is easy to find and park in. I'm only giving two stars because the mail technician used a dremel tip and mail file that had obviously not been cleaned since the last person and had someone else's debris on it which is just gross. The technician also touched the tip of products to my skin multiple times which transfers bacteria and is poor cleanliness practice. Ultimately I would have given three stars despite this because it wasn't a half bad manicure for the price but somehow at the end the gel was all over my cuticles and I remember being disappointed and thinking that if I wanted my nails to look that bad after they were painted I would have just done the gel at home. For $35 they should be able to apply it better than I can at home. Manicure lasted a solid three days before it started chipping. Gel isn't supposed to chip so I don't know what they're using here but I wouldn't go back.

Austin is the Best! I make a reservation with Austin he always welcomes me by name and with a smile. Austin is very kind! I highly recommend Austin for your nail care needs!

My nail tech was Hana. Five stars to her! I didn't have an appointment and they took me right away as a walk in. Hana was so sweet and made sure I was happy with my set! She went above and beyond as I was very vocal With what I wanted and she happily did it. (I was very indecisive with the colors & shape) Thank you again Hana! everyone please request her!
