very rude, i was excited to try this place but the second i walked in they rudely asked me to come back hours later when i called ahead. they had people available to help but didn't want to. they were rude and inconsiderate
This are the best nails I've ever gotten done. Done by Laura! They are so qute. Definitely coming back to get this done everytime.
Stopped by for a regular polish change on my toes, my toenails were painted black and I wanted Orange for Halloween. A short old skinny guy started to remove my polish insisting I had gel on, which I did not. He was rude, pushy and insisted I get gel polish, I wanted regular polish. He took of the polish in a rushed manner, saying rude comments like, you need gel, you want pedicure. No, I want just a polish change. After I declined the gel he bacame rough squeezing my toes. He painted my toenails orange. Left the residual black polish all around my toes and nails, my toenails looked dirty around the edges. I was charged $14 and told don't drive for 30 min, no an hour, let polish dry. I will never go to this place again. Rude, it's dirty and no ventilation. The vibe is cringe.

I do not recommend this nail sail. My mail tech did a horrible job. The gel would not adhere to my nails. She blamed it on lotion I used. I did not use lotion. My nails were left bumpy. Aside from the faulty gel or powder the shape is awful. Left with dry flaking cuticles . I asked for discount because of how terrible they look and was told she would only take 5 dollars off. What a disappointment
