First time visit and I had a full set in mind (my usual), however mentioned to Kay the nail technician how much I really wanted my nails to grow healthy and stop getting full sets and immediately she gave me options and showed concern. She took her time even though I came in short notice and towards the closing hours. Kay is amazing and am grateful to have finally found someone who was attentive to my nail health needs!
i didn't get the name of my manicurist but she did an absolutely amazing job! very detailed and she took her time with me she has definitely gained a new costumer. she looked at the picture i provided as a reference that i wanted and she delivered such a sweet person!
This is a Nails salon that doesn't need customers to come get manicures, pedicures, and powdered nails, because this Nails salon doesn't treat customers well, the way they welcome customers is very bad, on the day of my daughter's wedding, I went to the store to change the polish. Because I don't have time to complete it , I've never seen an owner/worker who criticizes and doesn't want to have customers to make money. They look down on customers. They don't have the heart to do nail work. If you don't have ethics, then don't do nail work. They say they only accept customers who do a lot of work. money,. As for customers who make little money, they will chase them away and not accept them. I only came the first time, they already wanted to chase me away, that day was my daughter's wedding, I didn't have time to complete the full set and full pedicure treatments.Recommended. The owner/worker kicked me out, this Nails salon is very disrespectful to customers, not polite or tactful at all. I will never go to that salon again
Very fast and professional services . Kay is great and always works me in when I just walk in . Also a nice and clean atmosphere!
Disappointing. Before he quit I only saw Tom who was great. Those left are unfriendly at best. Nancy did my mani pedi today. $42 basic. Took 3 calls on her personal cell phone while I sat and waited. Barely spent 2 mins each on legs and arms massage. Nails look good but felt like goal was to do the minimum necessary. When I left, I walked past 3 techs doing pedis. No one even paused to say thank you or have a good day.
