They were extremely rude. I had a hair appointment. Consultation was fine. My hair texture I pick out, but according to them I didn't. They texted about needing a hair color a week before the appointment. Which is fine since they have to prep the hair. The manager Brittany wasn't professional at all. I'd voice my concern over concern such as hair texture as they claim I did not pick the texture which I did. Remind, you my Consultation was a month ago so I ask several times to send me the textures via text. She repeatedly ignore my questions and kept asking for a color. To me it doesn't make sense to talk about hair color if the salon doesn't have texture length ect down. I voice the concern of the hair being able to straighten as I do get silk presses. It seem like every question I ask she was getting irritated and never gave me a straight answer. I called spoke to her, ask if they could please send photo or explain the difference with the blow outs. Then again she was rude and told me I had til tomorrow to figure it out or they move appt. She eventually did send pictures but by that time, i was on the phone with her again explaining my concerns. She also sent a text asking for more money. At consultation I paid deposit a less then 300, which is what erica told me i only needed to pay until day of appointment services. Why am i being ask to pay more money ? That seemed odd, and apparently seem a little fishy as the salon hasnt answer my concern but steady asking for more money. Very unprofessional. Now, total services were close to $1,000. This isn't a light decision to make as I wanted a versatile texture but also something that matches my hair style in it natural state. She told me to just at the different stylist Instagram to figure it out. I sent her a pic and ask what texture was in pic. I got a text saying we don't feel comfortable doing your hair. Although they claim they will issue a full refund on the deposit, which I have not received yet. I now have to find a new salon, which is frustrating. I called Brittany back and spoke to her again about my concern as I want to make sure we aren't coloring the incorrect texture of hair. I had up to the point a good experience with the owner and erica at my consultation, however Brittany is the manager and she was very rude and cold. I ask to speak to the owner, and she told me the owner and her made the decision not to service me because this salon isn't the best fit for me. There are several issues here as for one, this salon is owned by a black woman. Which is one of the reason i picked. I try to support our local business owners of ethnic backgrounds.However, most of their service needs and clientele are caterer to whites or non blacks. They do have a few black customers, but not many. I felt like because I'm black and I have ethnic hair, which requires more fineness, it seems like she ( Brittany) just didn't want to deal with my hair or texture concerns. I didn't know asking questions would make the manager Brittany very irritated. It also offended me telling me that im not a good fit for their salon. WOW, that speaks volumes.I believe if I would have spoke to asia or my stylist, the communication would have been better. However, if the owner did really feel that way then maybe ethnic or blacks need to go here if they feel we are not a good fit. Will post the texts. Im also posting this on my fb and Instagram so other others can be aware. I hope no one goes through this experience again.

The best salon to get your hair done! Asia does my hair extensions and she's the absolute best do not look any further than her and her staff! She is extremely precise with her craft and delivers such luxurious services. My hair has never looked better and I've been to other people in the past for extensions and no one is as good as her and her prices are amazing for how good she is. Love her and her salon it's such a great vibe.
