Prices are not accurate on their menu says 35 for gel mani and 35 for gel pedi charged me 90 for a basic set when I used to be charged less than 90 for basic gel acrylics and she didn't even do a good job. Felt like I wasted my time and money I just got my nails done for vacation and I used to love this location when I was going regularly. Will never return after this experience.
Great fast service. Everyone is nice and always accommodating. I've seen a lot of different techs and all have done an amazing job. I usually get full sets or fills and pedicures. My daughter loves coming here too. I've recommended this place to a lot of friends that also now go here too. Very happy!
I am a 73 year old male. Today, I had a manicure for the first time. My nails look fantastic. Smooth & shiny. I love the way they look & feel. I think I will try a pedicure next. I had been looking forward to getting a pedicure with my best friend who was visiting from out of town. I usually go to Changes in Ghent or Serenity in the Hillcrest area of Chesapeake and have had great service from both of those places, but since we were meeting up in the Landstown area, we gave this place a try. We had fun despite the mean, eye rolling nail tech that I was landed with (my bff's nail tech was so much nicer than mine). I received a sloppy, uneven pedicure that didn't even last a week. I was also pressured several times to use gel polish after I selected regular polish. I'm polite, so I answered kindly each time, but overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience -- more like something I had to make the best of.
I have been to this salon twice. For a new set and then a fill. On my first visit everyone was nice but it was a bit awkward when I first walked in (not very welcoming as other salons). While shaping the nails the side of my finger were cut a few times and bled (things happen). What I didn't understand is the file was not thrown away but placed back in the drawer. I thought I payed to much but just bypassed it. Upon my 2nd visit to get my fill I also got a pedicure. The pedicure seems to be holding very well. My nails I am disappointed in. I paid entirely to much even though she tried to convince me I'd pay the same else where but I knew it wasn't true and she also made the statement "You always pay alot for your nails" This may be the place for some others but for myself I do not believe so as I believe I was charged based upon how I've had my nails and the conversations about past sets I've had elsewhere. They nails are thin with no apex as well and with that being said I've already had a fracture in the corner of one
