Not the relaxing vibe I was hoping for when having my nails done! Shut the rap music off and put some relaxing music on!! I had the most wonderful nail tech for the past 5 yrs at another nail salon, but she recently left her position, so it was time to find a new place. I stopped here on my way to Kroger Marketplace and although they were quick to take a walk in and I didn't have to wait, my nail tech didn't speak any English whatsoever. I've had many nail techs in the past with very little English but it's never been an issue. Today, there wasn't anything that could be communicated without constantly calling someone else over to translate. She must have been very inexperienced because it took longer than any mani/pedi I've had done in my entire life. The worst part of this place is the horrible choice of rap music with extreme profanity the entire time I was trying to relax! Ridiculous!! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I honestly love Justin!!! My nails always turn out so wonderful. I get tons of compliments and they always are perfectly shaped!
They lied to me over the phone. I called ahead and told them exactly what I wanted (a full set of acrylic, no gel) and they gave me a price so I booked my appointment. I got there and the nail tech gave me the sets of sample gel colors. I asked her for regular colors and she said they only use gel and not to worry. She did my nails and I went with $40, $25 for the set as I was told get the phone and $15 tip. When I got done and went to pay, I was told my total was $55. I asked them what on earth they meant because I was told it would be $25 for what I wanted and was told not to worry about the gel because it's all they use. The lady explained that the price she gave me did not include the gel and I got mad because I knew gel would be extra and when I expressed this concern I was told they only use gel and NOT TO WORRY. I paid and still tipped but will not be returning because I feel wronged.
Fantastic salon. Would definitely come back. Salon was a little dirty and I wasn't sure of the freshness of the tools they used. Otherwise great experience.
This was my first and last time coming to this nail salon. I went to the lady that sits in the front row all the way to the right. She had an attitude and didn't make me feel comfortable at all. On top of that, she was rough when removing my dip powder nails and didn't even soak them in acetone (which is what normally happens when I go to a nail salon). She buffed my nails AFTER putting the top base coat on them which I thought was weird. After leaving the nail salon, I inspected my nails more closely and noticed that you can see buff marks all over them. I am so disappointed in how they came out and I feel like the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend going here if you want to walk out pleased with your nails.
Protecting yourself, your clients, and the general public from any airborne or contact diseases should be priority number one for a successful salon
