I was quite pleased with the cut and styling I received from the professional, pleasant owner of the salon yesterday. I will definitely be returning to her in the future.

I am soooo disappointed with my last visit; I left with orange sherbet roots and paid double for the price. I was overcharged at $275 for the worst service I've ever received by Mani. Super nice lady, but failed to deliver this time. I contacted her and she said she'd fix it with toner, but it did not fix anything; it only diffused the orange undertone throughout and now I look like a carrot blonde. I noticed it as soon as she rinsed it and pulled the towel off. I spoke on it, she said "no" that's not orange. Now please tell me, why the hell would I say orange if I did not see orange? Do you really think I wanted to see orange!? I'VE BEEN Super embarrassed to go to work because it looks like a blonde highlight failure. I feel like I got robbed for that service at that price. I hate to leave this because we've had some great conversations, but I wouldn't want anyone else to spend that much money and not be satisfied; especially with how expensive it is to live right now. I only get my hair done once a year because that's all I can afford and now I have this dilemma. I'm not sure what to do because I don't want to fry my hair. Color is risky here, don't waste your money. Her work is inconsistent.

I received the worst haircut of my life here, I have incredibly thin hair and the stylist used thinning shears on my hair which has never happened in my lifetime. She also took the shears and ran them down the front of my face. My haircut was in May and I am still struggling to recover from this horrible haircut. I asked permission at work to wear a hat because I am so embarrassed of my hair. I highly recommend you go someplace else...I would not even give 1 star if an option. Saw my parents today and my mom immediately said how horrible my hair looked!

Made an appointment earlier in the day and when I came in, the ladies there were friendly and seated me immediately. Looked on the website and told them I wanted a wash and haircut ($30 option). The haircut was exactly what I wanted. But then they charged me an extra $45 (!) for the whole thing... asked why, and they said that I had longer hair and they blow dried it! Sorry, but I'm not paying $85 (tip included) for a haircut when my budget was half of that. I guess there really just needed to be more communication but I was really disappointed and surprised at this price. I wished they told me the extras costs. It was a nice experience but not going to go here again.
