My toes looked fine overall, but not only was the most basic pedicure service $35, but the woman taking care of me completely rushed through the process. She skipped putting lotion on my legs and skipped the massage in its entirety. I know for a fact that she rushed because I came with two other people for pedicures only, and by the time she had already applied the top coat on my feet, neither of my friends had even gotten past their massages let alone had colors on their toes. Additionally, I think it is worth noting before stepping foot in here that they will try to upsell every single one of their services, almost to the point where they are shoving it down your throat. Maybe all of these things would be more bearable if they completed the services they advertise. I've only been here once and it will most definitely be the last time. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I received.

The first time was a few days ago to get the deluxe spa pedicure. I wanted the callus removal pedicure...what I got was like a cheese grated used on my feet and the technician took a hunk out of the side of my toe. It is now severely infected. I will never return to this shop.

I have been to this nail shop 3 times to give them a chance. (also location) Every time I go their shop it's a fail. The prices of a pedicure changed every visit. Due to Covid they have theses clear drapes which have not been clean in who knows when. The pedicure work is okay. I also don't see them clean in between pedicure I had to request it.

John always hooks my nails up but any of the other ppl also know what there doing as well. I've been coming here since September 2015 prices not bad and salon is clean.

Let's start with the customer service ..Manicurist leaving in The middle of a service ? RUDE!! In my time in the establishment I heard multiple complaints from multiple customers, so ... it wasn't just MY service. Now on to the service itself ... I got a gel pedi, reg mani. I now understand why someone tries to pressure me into getting the gel ! They don't offer you a menu when you first come in, don't inform you on the price of the service, menu is outdated , and prices aren't even the same as what they are charging , & you have no clue what is included in your service to insure you're getting the proper things done . Gel pedi , it's ok . I spent 2 hours in that shop for a mani pedi ... VERY SLOW SERVICE . And with the amount of time spent you would think I absolutely love my nails... NOPE! Lint all throughout my manicure , inconsistent stroke pattern that is very noticeable with the color I chose .
