Absolutely horrible. I have been going here for a while. Its was always hit or miss on how my nails turned out, but because I have a baby and they are so close I really wanted it to work out. However, yesterday was the last straw. I went in for an $8 eyebrow wax. When I went to pay the lady didn't point out or tell me that the minimum credit charge was $10 she just went ahead and charged it which honestly wouldn't have been a big deal, but when she went to charge it she actually put in $100.01! Once it was done it was too late to stop it and instead of giving me a cash refund (they refused) or even offering for the wax to be free they just told me that it would be a few days to get my money back...$90! They were so rude about the entire thing I was in disbelief to be honest. I would absolutely never go back to this establishment. Horrible customer service!
This place was actually pretty good! It was good pricing and my nails look great. The only thing is, is that my middle finger on my left hand is a little crooked but not noticeable...really. Overall I'm happy!
Let me start by saying that the lady who did my nails was HILARIOUS, her name was Kim and she had me laughing the whole time! Everyone in there was friendly and seemed like they really appreciated our business.I got the mani/pedi and was very pleased with her work. When I was there a very elderly couple came in for pedicures and they were so patient and kind to them. Also they have the best massage chair ever! Just enough pressure to feel good. I would definitely recommend this place.
