I have been coming to Andy's consistently for a few years now. There's only been one other time that I haven't been 100% satisfied. However, I came this evening and my tech tells me there will be an additional $10.00 because she charged me less. This was more than 3-weeks ago. I got the normal Gel manicure and reg pedicure no polish or gel. How can this total to 71.00. Then you tell me weeks later, I have to pay you extra 10.00. After that, I was like nah i'm not paying to get my pedicure done. Another thing I don't like is she doesn't push back the cuticles enough. I still feel rough skin around the edges & a few days laterI can see the untrimmed skin & hang nails. I prefer to have the gel soaked off but they don't. I'm not sure if I'll continue patronizing this business or not. Also, the techs are friendly but one overstepped their boundaries tonight. She picked my gallon jug water bottle & held it up in the air so customers could see. Overall it's not a bad place.
There was a huge black hair in the gel and when I said something to the nail tech she lied and said no it's bubbles. No that's your nail and refused to fix it. I came back to show her it was in fact a hair and I just wanted her to paint over it. She only painted the one nail and was so rude and nasty about it. Worst customer service. Had she just fixed it or been polite I would have come back. Never again. Now I'm waking around with one red nail and all the rest tips. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.
I love Andy's. I rarely have to wait, the technicians are amazing, and my mani and pedis look amazing and often last 3 weeks or longer.
My manicure and pedicure were perfect! I was a walk in and was able to be seen right away. The staff were very kind and did a great job!
The wait even with an appointment is the only bad thing about going. I wish they could give me a real time when I call for an appointment.
