Beware...Jen had 2x paid no attention to my requests or needs... I have no dyes color on my hair or body.. have natural SilverHair use no chemicals . I brought my Paul Mitchell's products... since I have had breast cancer...Paul Mitchell's product only ..Jen did not use... There's more.....with this salon.....they gossip....they say statements that are uncomfortable After they do your services. They played me for a month..dissatisfied with 3 services Friendly.at first Yes in order to spend more iof Our $$ All turns into their rudeness lyng and Not standing by their services to turn it around & do it better....no they will charge you again To Make it Correct / better...I refused...and disputing these dissatisfied services.. Owner did her facial..incomplete & the care..I was quite dissatisfied...had to go to my dermatologist . Afterwards... WIOW....Beware..

I went two days ago to get my foot done and the lady only washed my feet and painted my nails she didn't even remove my cuticles to get me started and after I got home that day my feet were hurting extremely bad until this day my feet are still in pain and I can barely walk.

I went to salon today to get my eyebrows waxed and was told to wait in one of the waxing rooms and someone would service me. I went in the room and there was a worker in there. She didnt greet me at all. I spoke first and told her that i was instructed to come to this room for my eyebrows. The woman was very cold towards me for no reason she walked out the room and i watched her walk back and forth past my room for 12 minutes , took out the trash and did everything else but my eyebrows. She didnt have any other customers at that time. The lady that told me to wait in the room comes in and tells me the lady doesn't want to do my eyebrows. She offered to do it but i would have to wait 10 minutes after she finished up her client. At that point i told her that i did not feel welcomed there and since the other lady didnt want to do my eyebrows i will just leave. The lady didnt say sorry, she just said okay. I am a black woman and i refuse to pay for distain and disrespect, and blatant racism. I didnt do anything to that woman and i was judged and mistreated based on my black skin. Sad thing i have coming here for eyebrow wax for years and never experienced this at this establishment. Now i'm never coming back. I would not advise any black woman to come here.

she fucked up my best friends nails and after she said she didn't like them she still made her pay 55 dollars for these .. the nails and the acrylic is over her cuticles and it was just an overall traumatizing experience, she's crying right now and school starts this week , she has no idea what she's gonna do and it feels like her world is about to collapse i wouldn't recommend going here don't do it guys , you will leave with ptsd !.

Horrible service, I had a gift card and they refused to take it. Spoke with the manager and she stated their machine was not working the day the gift card was purchased. Note the gift card was completed by the Salon. Asked me to pay for a pedicure and I didn't even get my toes painted; they refused to take my gift card. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS. They are dishonest and Speak in different language in front of you; which makes you feel uncomfortable. I will never go there again. My sister and mother used to go to this salon until two of the nail technicians fought over doing her nails. She has not been back, I went to use the gift card
