Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Germantown, MD

This location has really gone down hill. I popped in at about 7:45, unaware that they were closing in 15 minutes (the door was open). The manager was unwelcoming and rudely tried to kick us out. She was very snappy the whole I was there. I had to convince her that I was only there to pick up 2 things. When I went to go checkout the young girl was also very rude and impatient. Clearly these two missed customer service training day. I wanted to use my 20% off coupon and they insisted it was in my email and not the app. I spent about 5 more minutes searching through my email and not the app. After much frustration, they honored the discount (because I'm sure they just wanted to go home) which was kind. Turns out when I looked later the discount was in the app like I thought!!! Two very rude people who just don't know what simple customer service is. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Rockville is the much superior store.

The store is always clean and stocked and the employees are super helpful!! There was a product out on the shelves and an employee was super quick to help me find some in the back.

I always get my hair cut from Suzy. She is amazing. Gives me perfect haircuts and gives me good recommendations. I love how she is confident while giving suggestions. No one has blow dried my hair better than her honestly.

Suzy does my hair all the time. I like the way that she does highlights. She did a great job cutting my hair too. Great customer service! It is very easy to talk to her and explain what I am getting done.

Your Service Manager Yeni is very nasty and rude, we asked for help multiple times she made us wait more then 15 minutes while on the phone something that took her seconds to do all we asked was where the Valentino perfumes were located, just very unpleasant I will not be back to this location, I can understand why you guys have all these bad reviews if that's the manager you have!!!
