Worst place I had ever had in my life. I asked for a take off and SNS. They didn't even know what was that until I said dipping powder. Everything went normal until some other clients coming and everyone was busy. Then, She was rushing on me. She cut my finger and not even say sorry. She was about to use gel over the top when finishing the nail, I asked I didn't want to use gel, I wanted to use dipping top coat because I had a skin irritation when it touched the UV light. She said many bad thing behind my back in Vietnamese but she didn't know I can understand every single word that she was talking about me. Disappointed! I'm not local, just travel for work and want to support business. This is how my nail turn out. Thick, uneven and hurt.
Worst place ever so unprofessional and Although I had an appointment and confirmed it the day of, once I got there , they cancelled me in person . Never again . Waste of time ! Inconsiderate
I have to update. My nails began chipping around my cuticle and lifting. When they started officially coming off they were gummy as if they hadn't even been cured properly. I ended up having to take off my entire set because of how bad this manicure was. Compliment that with the cuts on my fingers, bad paint job, uneven and badly shaped nails. That comes with multiple people telling me to come get my money back because of how terrible my nails looked. Do not go here. It's a waste of money.
Right once i walked in I was seated by vinny I told him I wanted almond shape on my natural nails my nails were all over the place some almond so square but he got them all at a perfect almond shape I told him the color I wanted and once I tried it I didnt like it he was very patient with me as I was going back and foruth between colors until I chose one other than that it was smooth sailing I wish I could have gotton one more coat of polish but its not a big deal costed about $35
I went in to ha my dip in powder redone. Usually Jena is my tech, she was busy today and I ended up with Chong. He was I believe the owner. He was very unpleasant, he was si rough that I ended with a bleeding figure, she showed no remorse or emphaty. He was supposed to do a clear dipped in powder with a gel top. Instead I got an overlap. He was the worst nail tech and business person ever. I will never come back to this establishment
