Amore Day Spa & Salon in Temecula, CA

I purchased a 3 massage package for $177 and now i hear that they have closed, the phone is disconnected. I want my $177 back!!!!

OK so I have been a customer for close to 6 years. I had been a prepaid voucher membership customer for most of that time after using a groupon my daughters gifted me. Kelly and her team were great, even though she had quite a bit of turnover. Jennifer was there for a long time, and I loved her as my massage therapist. My last appt. was just before Christmas 2019. I had a next appt. for early Feb.2020 and their new owners called me in January to cancel saying they were going to be closed for at least 6 weeks while they remodeled and re-permitted the business with city of Temecula. This made sense but then covid 19 hit and they've been closed ever since. It's unfortunate I have $500 worth of prepaid services that I likely will never see. Don't know how a business that was just getting started under new ownership could survive 7+ months of being closed. They get 5 stars for Jennifer. But zero stars for Kelly walking out and leaving customers holding the bag on their membership. Seems she got out just in time to have the $$ and the new owners lost out on the business. Customers lost out on their memberships. I am not a happy camper at all.

I posted the following review with Google 4 months ago BEFORE Covid: "So, you're closed due to permits, but what about our pre-purchased vouchers for waxes or massages that we CAN'T USE until you're open again? That could be months from now, yet, you already have your customers money? No correspondence to all your outstanding customers with vouchers? Ever since old management left about a yr ago, this place has gone down-hill. Thanks so much for the wasted funds and lack of communication to your customers." Kelly is no longer here and hasn't been for a year, so anyone stating they love her or this place, it is not the same.

I've been coming here for 5 years. I'm pissed they are closed and I still had treatments left. Would've been nice to get a courtesy call!

Jennifer is the best masseuse I have ever been to......better than the Ritz. Her deep muscle messages released all the knots & toxins from the body. Relaxing atmosphere, music & Aroma. Jenifer has healing hands & is 5 star plus. I previously gave this shop 5 star but Kelly sold shop and new owner appears to not be standing behind faithful customers purchase prepaid programs. They are stating all prepaid coupons have to be use by 12-31-2019. By the way, they are close between Christmas & New Years for remodeling. REALLY! Customer service is everything in today's competitive market..... you new business model will fail!
