I came for the $1 customer appreciation spray service. I specifically requested the $1 spray to the receptionist. The receptionist was persistent on including additives because "it's only a dollar" but the additive prices are not listed ANYWHERE on the services menu. My total came out $30. I was also NOT PRINTED OR GIVEN A RECEIPT OF ALL THE ITEMS I WAS PAYING FOR! I was told it would process in my account as a dollar. The employee was not transparent with my questions. I was refused a partial refund for items I was not aware I was paying for.
The spa is always clean, the beds are hot, and the staff is awesome. One of my favorites- Larissa is always smiling, laughing and eager to answer any questions we might have on the new products we always load up on. If you're not iTanning you're missing out.
I absolutely love this place !! My whole family comes in and we love the girls here. Larissa is always amazing, smiling, and friendly. One of the best senses of humor to deal with our family and how much products we buy she remembers everybody's favorite (and there is 5 of us). Can't recommend this place enough
I really enjoyed my experience at itan. I was training for a bikini competition & needed a good base tan (my skin does not respond well to spray tan) and used the sun beds to achieve great results. Staff is super friendly & supportive.
I've been going to iTan for over 10 years and recently moved to Temecula and this is my new location. Katie in particular is so so sweet and helpful to me all the time. She always remembers my name and greets me so authentically and happily every time I come in. This location is always super clean and taken care of!
