I had an amazing experience with Chana She did a beautiful job coloring For the first couple days and then the color came out and she had to come back and redo it then I found out she is cheap products on my hair this wasn't so cool because I had to run and I had to come back to my house to do my daughters hair for prom and I don't know if it was by mistake or not she ended up taking some things that did not belong to her I never ended up getting them back they weren't thing is it really cost too much but she did end up taking some things like my hairspray make up brushes things like that when she brought Q-tips to put on my daughters make up I know she didn't end up thinking that those were hers anyway won't be using her anymore. She does use good style with color she does have good techniques if given the chance she will make things right for you she does give a chance to make the color right for you and she will go over it again to make the style right for you. So if you do use her she'll do it right until you're happy! She is a hard worker I have moved on to keep myself happyIt might've just been a personality conflict but there is a right person for everybody out there she might be right for you???

I had a similar experience as several of the other reviewers who had purchased Groupon's. She convinced me to cancel the Groupon and book with her directly, and while the cut and color were fine, she had double booked and had another girl blow dry my hair. The worst was at the end though. I was preparing to pay her and she started to question the amount listed on the Groupon. So I handed her the amount listed plus $10 and said she could decide if it was the service plus a $10 tip, or she could over charge me by $10 and didn't receive a tip. Sad, because if she had been more professional, I would have been a repeat customer. But who wants to do business with someone who doesn't make you a priority and then tries to rip you off?

Chana did a fantastic job on my hair. I arrived a few minutes early and she was there waiting for me. I had no wait time at all. She was wonderful and squeezed me in her schedule. I had questions and she answered them in detail with much knowledge. She is kind and made me feel completely comfortable. This was my first time and won't be the last. She is definitely my new hair dresser!

I was so unsure on where to go and I decided to go with Chana. Chana did an absolute amazing job on my hair! I couldn't be happier! I 100% recommend!!

I bought a deal from Groupon and called "Chana" to get an appointment. As soon as I mentioned the Groupon deal, she tried to convince me to cancel it and ask me to pay her directly instead but I resisted because I got a better deal on having 20% off the original price because it was on sale. So she took my number and set up my appointment. I just moved here so I am really looking for a good hair dresser because I don't want to drive to the valley just for a hair appt. although, I really miss my hair dresser Eduardo... I thought I could find a good hair dresser from Chana, but her first impression already turned me off. I was hoping that when I meet her in person, I would like how she does my hair. Unfortunately, she has a weird way of cutting my hair and she only partially colored my hair, maybe because she was cutting out budget on me because I only paid the Groupon deal. Overall, I am glad I got my hair trimmed and colored so I am happy that is all taken care of, but I don't think I will go back to Chana. Time to hunt another hair dresser.
