By far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon in a long time. I called to book an appointment. I asked for a certain time. The person on the phone said that they had an appointment available and I could come in. I came in at 2:15pm. Was not seen until 2:40pm. At that point, someone sits me down, put my feet in the water without any cleaning or cleanser, agent. This place is highly unprofessional. And to even begin a pedicure without putting some type of cleanser, inside of the water is completely unsanitary. I will never return back to this place, and I really hope that no one else even tries them because they are disgusting and unprofessional.
Practical and not expensive. Good choice for your husband and kids to walk around while you get a massage.
I went here to get a pedicure alongside my friend and I was highly satisfied with my pedicure and my nail tech Lisa. She was gentle with my feet, very friendly and painted my nails with ease. The only reason why I am giving this location 4 stars and not 5 is because one of the nail techs (not Lisa) cut my friend's foot with the callus shaver as she was doing her pedicure and blamed it on my friend. I thought that was unprofessional. But overall I recommend using Lisa as your nail tech if you decide to try this nail salon.
