Be aware! This place is connected to fraudulent credit card activities. I had a gift card hacked online and used on this "hair salon". I called to ask about the charge - they don't answer the phone and don't return my calls. FRAUD!
Heather is a complete professional when it comes to tanning. She know all the in's and out's of how to give a perfect tan. It is a true art and she is perfectionist when it comes to each of her clients. I have had my tan done by some of the best in Hollywood and they don't even come close how perfect my tan is every time. I recommend her highly if you want the best. I have also seen her work as a hair stylist and she is dynamite at that too.
I was their a couple if weeks ago for Color initially I was happy with my decision and the service untill I got home and checked. The color was too light and never covered the regrowth. I called as sooner as I could as it was a Sat they had clised. They promised to fix it untill I made a mistake to ask about another service. They immediately forgot I had a color PBM. And was only interested in the money ide be spending fir the New service. This was extremely upsetting to me so I canceled the appointment for new service. Now they have agreed to fix my color if abd only if I pay to have it fixed.Being on a monthly income left me short for a day to pay for entire service that day.They cancelled and tlod me to call for another appointment when I had the money. This is how they do business no trust no stand by mistakes and fixing them.. Just how much money you want to spend before they will touch or fix your hair. I'm extremely discouraged and have no where to turn but their answer machine. They have no one answer their business phone, u must leave a msg. When they have time you get a voicemail. Does anyone see a thing wrong with this business practice? I don't call this customer Satifaction or Service.
I had an appointment with this salon and spoke to the owner. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing, especially having a brief conversation prior to my visit. I heard a complaint from one of my customers so I took it upon myself to check things out. When I had came in the salon for the first time the girl seemed to be negative about everything. I told her I was not getting good vibes and how a client of mine complained. She immediately cut me off and said "he, why would a man come to a salon, why wouldn't he go to a barber shop" I politely said back to her " that's exactly why he walked out, and you can cancel my appointment I will not be doing business here. Also when the man asked for the best the owner said "I am, but I'm busy for the next two years" I'm so not impressed by this salon or the people who work there...
