Normally I would post and say that I love the Grace Clinic...and I do. BUT I have been going there since they opened and have never had any problems. I go every 3-4 months to get my blood pressure medicine. and have had no problems. til recently. they dont always answer the phone so I couldnt call and see when they were open or not. so I go there and there is a note on the door that says they are at a seminar for the week and will not be back for almost 2 weeks(including the days they are closed) so what do I do? there's nothing I can do. I wait and go in when they get back..this was abt Dec? .so NOW last week on thursday 8/8/2019 I go there after calling and not getting an answer, and there is a note on the door again saying they are closed from 8/5-8/11 this was dated on 7/31(the note)... that they would re-open on 8/12/2019...so today I go there early at 8:30am even though they dont open til 9:30 I wanted to be first in line. and I was. by 9am there were at least 20+ people standing out front waiting for them to come and open. and guess what? they didnt come to the clinic and open. One woman said it was 10am one time when she came there, so abt 6-8 people decided to stay and see...well the last 3 of us finally left at 11am. no one showed up and of course there is no one to call as they dont answer the phone. and the emergency number says call 911...I am really aggravated abt this. I feel someone from the office staff should of had the common courtesy to come up there and post a note or just came and told people they had to know were waiting, that something happened and/or there was an emergency. its just common courtesy.. I will continue to go to the Grace Clinic as I do not have a regular doctor and the other walkins are alot more expense to go to. I just wish they appreciated the patients alittle more. thanks for letting me vent on here.

Personnel were very nice and pleasing. Talked with the Doc and he gave me a good evaluation. This in my opinion is a very good clinic. It does not though take any insurance claims.

I'm not a reviewer, I don't like to and normally ignore any, But this has to be the best clinic in the Homosassa/Crystal River area! Good enough for me to seek them out online to give them one heck of a review. Doctor Roberts is a very patient and thorough medical practitioner, and even with having a stroke 5 months ago that has caused speech problems, he is very insistent on making sure you understand everything that he says. Their prices are the lowest I have seen in citrus county by a landslide, and the whole staff is very nice and polite. Although the building and equipment look cheap, that's because they're a low-budget operation, so please remember that they ONLY CHARGE 45 DOLLARS. They are here simply to help the people of this county, and I think that's pretty amazing. Next time your feeling down, be sure to give them a visit!

I have recently been to Grace Clinic several times and was very satisfied with the service and care. I did not have to wait long, the longest time was 30 minutes due to an emergency and the doctor (Hess) apologized for the delay. Both Dr. Hess and Dr. Roberts are excellent. They took their time with me and answered all my questions with a good bedside manner, which I experienced from citrus memorial clinic lacks. Its bad enough when your sick and feeling miserable you don't need doctors that are without a personality almost robotic and uncaring. I would highly recommend Grace Clinic to anyone who wants good care and very affordable prices, only $45.00 a visit, how can you beat that.

I have been a patient of John Hess ARNP since 2011 I believe when he was the best medical practitioner for the Dept of Health in all of Citrus County. To be honest I was offset at my first meeting with him as I prefer a female Dr over a male and I actually demanded to never see him again. God intervened. J Hess nursed me through a case of pneumonia that lasted over 6mo, he helped me get onto the right mental health medication that literally changed my life and I have gone on to advocate the same treatment to others with my condition. He is an amazingly sensible, truthfully interested, and is one of the BEST medical practitioners I have ever had the opportunity to be treated by, and I have a 30+ yr chronic illness. Hess stood out of his position with the restrictive, uncaring administration of the Citrus Co Health Dept and fought to obtain his place in Citrus County, under the wisdom of an MD or not, Hess to me is better than any Dr I have ever went to and I would rather stitch myself up or avoid going to an ER after being shot is how much respect I have for this man. Anyone with a bad complaint obviously had good reason to be asked to obtain service elsewhere, and always take such a review with a grain of salt. God Bless Hess! Mark A. B. of Ocala Marion Co
