I've been going to Scott at Highlands West Salon since he started working there 30 years ago? Can that even be? I went even after I moved 110 miles away, then 245. When I lived in England for a year, I tried getting a cut, but it was "meh," so the four times I went home, I saw Scott. He knows me and knows my hair. Clients who go to Highlands West are loyal, because the stylists are loyal. Some have been there, like Dawn, at least 20 years, and they know their business. I'm looking forward to my next trip home, because I know I'll end up with the haircut that is professional.
Ok so I am really a tough case I called the salon trying to get the earliest appointment available...I have never been here before so I'm thinking I am probably not a priority...well they treat everyone like they are a priority Scott was very professional on the phone and in person.
