Terrible customer service. I came in just to buy product and there was no one at the front desk, I waited for 15 minutes before I got up and left. No one greeted me or acknowledged me or another client that was there. Awful. I'll be going somewhere else to get this product.
I have always been impressed by the stylists here and having been going for years. I know that everyone who touches my hair touches it with care and will give me quality hair care and have my best interest at heart.
I have had many horror stories of hair stylists cutting too much, coloring it wrong, and making my hair unmanageable. This is due to them doing what is in their head and not listening to their clients.
The stylists and 38th have the clients best interest at heart!!! Not only are they professional they have years of experience and know how to not botch their clients hair.
My current stylist Stacey Richburg shows her talent, skills and experience in my families hair. She cuts my boys, my Momma, my boyfriend, and me and shows her broad range and expertise in everything she touches. Although she can't make me look like a star a leave feeling like one. She is personable, professional, and experienced.

Such a cute salon to go to! I've been going there for a while and see Stacey Richburg. She had always done my hair beautifully and exactly how I want it. I have had some health issues and sometimes my hair doesn't behave. Stacey has never thought twice about working hard to make it look perfect. I've never been disappointed when leaving there!
I just moved to Utah, and I have been having a hard time finding a salon, that does a good job on my nails. I love the environment here and the ladies that work here are super nice. It is more of a hair salon but there is a section for nails. Melissa Reese does my nail and I love her!!! She does everything by hand, and pays attention to detail. She is more expensive than your average Asian salon, but my nails last and you can tell the quality is good.
