(Don't let my profile picture fool you, I'm actually a teenage girl!!) My mom and I came in to get our nails done. And I have to say that they didn't do the greatest job, unfortunately. I got gel nails, and they peeled right off! The gal who was doing my nails really wasn't friendly or patient. The man who was doing my moms nails really hurt her cuticles, and was bleeding by the time we left. I don't think we'll be back.
MY DAUGHTER JUST HAD TO CALL 911 SO BOUNTIFUL POLICE WOULD GO TO BOUNTIFUL NAIL !!! There is only one man that works there but he cut my nails crooked, did not file them, and painted them in globs. They don't use base coat and all of their polish selection is old and cheap...I told him I was not happy and I was not going to pay unless he fixed them then he grabbed the nail polish remover and doused my toes and flip flops with it!!! He was very angry and started yelling get the fuck out and fuck you American. His wife refused to pay for my 30 havianas from Nordstrom. People like this need to go back to their country! We don't do things in America like that. I am going to do everything possible so the bountiful PROSECUTOR proceeds with CRIMINAL MISCHIEF CHARGES.

the man that did my acrylics was very rough with it, and by that I mean 4 of my fingers were bleeding as he continued to file. It hurt soooo bad because he was also squeezing my fingers into place. I didnt complain because I was honestly scared of him he looked mean. He was also coughing and sneezing right in front of me and with the Coronavirus around it was unsettling. Wont be coming back again. My poor nails are so sore
