We love this place, my wife and I drive an hour just to get our nails done. Excellent service and prices are affordable! Customer service and treatment is the best. Thanks guys

I have been going here because they used to be nice at first. But then I only got gel or pedi which were not too bad. I live close so it's convenient. But.  As the months go by. I am thrown from one worker to the next. They all take turns on me. Everyone does it like it's a chore. Finally last week I got the new guy. It was the worst experience ever. He barely put a coat for my pedi. Then for the tips and fill. Omg. he could barely keep the buffer thing on my nail it kept jumping and he barely did it so the filler was bumpy. He couldn't hold the buffer buzzer thing and he drop it buzzing and cut the corner of the nail. Left bumps under my nail.  two of the nails in the side. I didn't notice until I got home and put my glasses in. He kept telling me how tired he was.  Ohhh but charged me full price for half the job. With my nails w bumps and my fill was so botched. I came in to get it "fixed". But was charged full price. I would have gone Somewhere else if that was the case. When she fixed. She kept talking to other customers and filing w the buzzer without looking at my nails. Will never go there again. Not worth the money they are rude. Never again.

I've gone to Hannah for almost 2 years now and she can definitely do nails. I live about 20 minutes away so it's worth the drive. If I don't like the color, she'll fix it. She's very accommodating and extremely nice and professional. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

****No sanitizing after each client!!!*** **Please read!** Links and info provided about Utah rules and regulations regarding nail salons!! Charging premium price for not even standard service!!!!

Section R392-702-8 - Specific Health and Sanitation Requirements - Practice of Nail Technology
(1) Before performing any nail technology services, nail technicians shall wash their hands with soap and water. After which, nail technicians shall clean the areas of the client's body on which the service is to be performed.
(2) Manicure tables and surfaces that may contact the client's hands, wrists, or arms shall be cleaned and disinfected before use for each client.

Not even mentioning that they couldn't do the simple ombre design I asked for, plus they charged me to clip and shape the glued on tips into an almond shape before laying the acrylic, and charged me 50 dollars (they wanted to charge me 65 dollars originally) for nails which aren't the same length nor consistent shape (photos provided).

They did not sanitize after two clients who left before I did! There was no sanitizing of the stations nor the UV lights. Not even spraying the stations down. Nothing.

They did not get new files, or even sanitize the files after these two clients left. No tools were sanitized.

They did not get new towels after these clients left. Two technicians literally took the towels outside the front of the shop and shook them out before placing them back at the work stations.

Nothing was placed in barbicide, yet they have a barbicide certificate on their wall.

They were hand washing pedicure towels in the sinks (not even wearing gloves!)!!!! Rather than properly cleansing them in a washer and then sanitizing them with the heat of a dryer.

I, very calmly, mentioned this to the lady who seemed to be in charge. I mentioned that not only is it state regulations and rules, it's common courtesy to sanitize the tools and stations after each client. Germs spread. She proceeded to YELL at me and say that they have a sanitizing machine in the back......okay, cool...but why weren't they sanitizing the nail stations after each client and why were they hand washing pedicure rags in the sinks? She said that if you go to any other salon they aren't sanitizing properly, either, and this salon looks cleaner. And? Does the health department excuse this because one person said they look cleaner?

I've been to other salons where they were sanitary. This place was not in any way sanitary.

They are charging a premium price for ridiculous service and absolutely unsanitary work stations. Look at how hideous this 50 dollar set of nails turned out.

Nice prices but poor quality.  It doesn't last and workmanship is not the best. The owner does a good job but the others not as good.
