If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. I asked for a fade for the side of my head starting with a .5 at the bottom then this lady goes all the way up the side of my head with the .5 and gave me such a botched hair cut. now I've got to wear a hat for a few months. this place is awful. In Phoenix AZ they were much better, but here in Salt Lake area they only seem to give out botched hair cuts(except for a few people but that's the exception). Never go to a Great Clips here. It's just awful. Spend a few extra bucks and find a better place.
Finally decided to cut six inches off my hair. The stylist I had breezed through the wash and cut and didn't even brush through my hair properly or cut it properly. She also left it very wet where in the past they've at least gotten it dry. It looked fine upon checking it but over the next few days I realized it was extremely uneven and she had cut about a foot off. They offered to fix it but I don't trust them and am already upset that my hair is now much shorter than I intended and needs to be cut more to fix their mistake. Id rather they just give me my money back. The overall vibe and energy of this store is passive and like they don't much care which definitely reflected in my wash and cut. Luckily I didn't have them do more.
I only come here to get my hair cut by Sam on the days she works. I can't speak for other stylists as I only go to Sam but she does a top quality job and remembers her clients really well. Request Sam if you go here, she is worth waiting for or coming back another day.
very rude csr a full hour left before closing and only 3 customers and 3 on wait list I wanted to wait just in case someone didn't make it and she didn't want me to. Cuz they're list is full. The way I see it if you don't show up on time you take the walk in customer and make some money while they show up. didn't want to help cut my hair.no one on list was there. and they would not cut my hair. ugly attitude. just plain rude
Terrible hair cuts! I have them cut my hair many of time and it always seems like I have to fix it because they miss hairs. They are in such a rush they want to get you in and out as fast as possible! Hair is always left on my face after and they don't clean it off, I have to grab the towel and do it myself. I live here in bountiful and will drive to Centerville to get my hair cut for know on. They have done a lot better job for us!
