I went there with 3 pic was example I would like my hair look like. I was very clear I don't want blond anymore, brunette ... I want my hair be close to my natural hair, she understood because she look at my hair in the back and said will be close this color.( my natural Hair it's black). And end up I get out there my hair blond again. So I got very frustrated I don't want embarrassed here in front her coworkers. Look like she didn't know what she doing.. i Try to post the pic I took for she look as reference and the way she did

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO RISK A BAD JOB (bad client support after) Stylist: Katie Manager/owner: Rebecca Went back with a friend who recently got a bleach job. She already had half of her hair bleached at the same location with a different stylist and came back, trying to get the other side in a similar color. However, the stylist that she was assigned messed up the bleaching by having the side done a totally different color. The first RED FLAG was that she didn't even test bleach her hair. Messy, as in the color wasn't consistent throughout the side she did work on. It was patchy, strands with different shades and she had tried to convince her this was normal!! She also didn't tell her that'd it'd require more appointments until AFTER the bleach was already on. We left that day thinking it was the best it could get but from other peoples opinions it was not ok. We even went to a different salon for their opinion and they admitted it was not good work. Went back the next day to show the stylist and the owners the bad work done to see if they had opinions to fix it but they did not listen to our concerns, instead they said it was done correctly and required many more appointments for the desired look (they kept replying with this answer after we pointed out the many different flaws in the hair). This appointment costed $400 plus a 50 tip. The GASLIGHT that these people implemented on my poor friend that everything went to plan showed that they aren't even considering their clients opinions. They started off calm but soon started replying with rude attitudes as if they were getting annoyed. The stylist didn't say much except that she did all she could, cowering behind while the managers/owners started grouping against my friend, THEIR CLIENT, who wasn't satisfied and upset. They wouldn't even give her a small portion of the money back for a job badly done. I would not recommend going here unless you are sure of the stylist and their services. I don't know exactly was this stylist's specialties are but KATIE does a horrible job with bleaching from virgin brown hair to blonde.

To start off, I went to this salon in the past and never had a problem until I changed stylists. This salon was disgusting and rude to me when I came back due to a bad bleach job. When I first sat in my stylist's chair, named Katie, she NEVER did a test strand on my hair and kept telling others around her that she was going to lift me to a 9. She only started to backtrack when she dried my hair and started to say that I would have to come back and even out my hair. I was never told this before we started, only at the end. This service cost me 400+ dollars just for everyone to say that I should go back and get my money back because it wasn't worth it. When I went back to get some sort of solution, the stylist kept claiming that nothing was wrong with my hair even though it's clear as day that it's VERY uneven, and I would have to wait 4 weeks until I could do anything to my hair. Their only solutions were going darker or waiting until they could rebleach my hair. I just wanted some sort of compensation so I can get it redone at a different stylist, but refused saying that it was normal and I was warned before hand. They NEVER took accountability for it being patchy, saying it was normal, but I was able to get an even bleach with a different stylist at the SAME SALON. This has emotionally drained me and I just don't recommend because they're not even willing to fix my hair unless I get something I don't want or look like a bad at-home bleach job for multiple weeks. Not worth the money and can't even own up to the work they did, just disgusting.

This is by fat the worst hair cut I have ever had. It will take so many months for me to just get my hair back to a state that I can have it cut again. Oh my..... I am sooo disappointed. The stylist thinned my thick hair, but it turned out to be the biggest frizzy mess.

3 bowls of color is a Hit and miss, my daughter had good luck with a stylist from here but for me, Ive had the worst experience... to start, The stylist are very nice but I went in 3 months ago with a photo of a balyage that I had hoped for. I was told by my stylist, its a process to which I completely understand, however upon visit #3 , I am seeing NO visible difference. So I booked with a different stylist in hopes to at least see a change. The middle photo is what I got after 4 visits to 3 bowls of color. I did reach out to the owner, Shannon, the owner/manager for a resolution, I never ask for a refund, I simply wanted what I paid. Shannon ask me to send her the photos of when I started, what I asked for and what it looks like now, it took her 5 days to return my call for her to tell me that the stylist couldnt give me what I paid for. She was rude and offered me $130 of the $1300 Ive paid. Now why wouldnt they tell me that before they booked 4 appointments ? They will color you and cut your hair without permission even if its just a snip you will pay $64 .. the salon is all about charging you for normal services $ 60 gloss, etc etc go anywhere and get highlighs they have to shampoo and condition it out, but you will be charged extra so when you see $130 that is just for the foil, they dont tell you that you have to pay for conditiomer & blow dry etc. Its really scandalous. Its not an upscale salon if they cany give you what you ask for.. The owner, Shannon has a real bad attitude. She never even tried to find a solution.. her solution was we cant give you the look youve paid for but heres $130 of the $1300 you paid.. I get that not all salons have those kind of skills, but if you dont, please dont charge me for something I didnt receive Its modern day thievery. Ive filed a BBB complaint.
