the man who did my nails was rude I had a 4:00 appointment and he was on the phone and if did not get any service till 5:00 exactly.He also tried to charge me for a service I did not have any knowledge about being an up charge.
I don't recommend going to this salon. The guy was such in a hurry and made a few cuts on my fingernails. Also, the way he put the gel polish looked like a kid just painted my nails. Did not put an effort and time cleaning my nails and also the shape is so bad. I am beyond disappointed! "Disappointed Nails"
Every time I have come to the salon, I have always had a great experience. All of the nail technicians do a wonderful job and the prices are very reasonable. This is my go to spot.
I've been here a few times hoping it would get better. The first time, I had my eyebrows waxed and it was awful. My eyebrows were super thin afterwards. Thought I would just stick to my nails only. The last 2 times I've had a gel manicure, they chip within 1-2 days. It is not worth the cost for nails that only last a couple days.
The customer service was really nice, and The laddies who helped me were friendly. I brought a reference photo and from the top it's spot on. However she didn't file down the acrylic enough so it's a bit thick and bumpy. Also every time she filed it shorter like I asked, she would also shape the sides. So the nails lost that sharp square look. This only bothered me because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it was my first time at a new nail place that had seemingly good reviews. Still the service was nice and my nail lady did a wonderful job.
